INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS:
400g of Délice de Bourgogne Lincet
1 Romane salad
4 purple artichokes
4 dried tomatoes
Pepper mix
Olive oil

1. Cut the Délice de Bourgogne in small pieces.
2. Dispose in 4 cups: the salad leaves, the cheese cubes, the dried
tomato slices and the previously cooked artichoke quarters.
3. Sprinkle pepper on it and drizzle with olive oil.
