Ingredients for 4 persons :
1 Chaource PDO Lincet 250g
125g of Fresh Cream
1/2 glass of milk
1 tablespoon of flour
1 shortcrust pastry roll
- Crush the Chaource with the crust and the egg yolks.
- Add the crème fraîche, milk and nutmeg; pepper.
- Add the whipped egg whites, then the spoonful of flour.
- Pour this preparation on the previously pricked dough.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 180 ° C.
