Ingredients for 4 persons :

1 Chaource PDO Lincet 250g

125g of Fresh Cream

1/2 glass of milk

3 eggs



1 tablespoon of flour

1 shortcrust pastry roll


  1. Crush the Chaource with the crust and the egg yolks.
  2. Add the crème fraîche, milk and nutmeg; pepper.
  3. Add the whipped egg whites, then the spoonful of flour.
  4. Pour this preparation on the previously pricked dough.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 ° C.
